New Covid -19 Vaccine site in Southampton
STONY BROOK SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL – COVID-19 VACCINE APPOINTMENTS & INFO
COVID-19 Pfizer and Moderna Vaccines are administered at the Greek Church in Southampton (111 St. Andrews Road in Southampton).
- Tuesdays 12-6 pm: MODERNA (for 18 years and older who are eligible to receive first, second and, if immunocompromised, an additional third vaccine dose. A mRNA booster is now recommended 5 months after the second MODERNA or Pfizer dose and two months after one J&J dose.)
- Thursdays 12-6pm: Pfizer (for 12 years and older who are eligible to receive first, second and, if immunocompromised, an additional third vaccine dose. A mRNA booster is now recommended 5 months after Pfizer or Moderna second dose and two months after one J&J dose.)

Walk-ins are accepted, if time permits, following theadministration of scheduled appointments Please wear short sleeves for ease of injection and remember to bring your ID and COVID Vaccination Card
