New Covid -19 Vaccine site in Southampton

STONY BROOK SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL – COVID-19 VACCINE APPOINTMENTS & INFO

COVID-19 Pfizer and Moderna Vaccines are administered at the Greek Church in Southampton (111 St. Andrews Road in Southampton).

  • Tuesdays 12-6 pm: MODERNA (for 18 years and older who are eligible to receive first, second and, if immunocompromised, an additional third vaccine dose. A mRNA booster is now recommended 5 months after the second MODERNA or Pfizer dose and two months after one J&J dose.) 
  • Thursdays 12-6pm: Pfizer (for 12 years and older who are eligible to receive first, second and, if immunocompromised, an additional third vaccine dose. A mRNA booster is now recommended 5 months after Pfizer or Moderna second dose and two months after one J&J dose.)

Walk-ins are accepted, if time permits, following the administration of scheduled appointments

Please wear short sleeves for ease of injection and remember to bring your ID and COVID Vaccination Card

Mark your calendars for our Holiday Concert.

This year our concert will take place on Wednesday, December 22nd at 11:00am and at 1:30 at the Old Schoolhouse. Please remember two guest per student and masks are required.
