The Wainscott School District has had the water from the facets in the old school house retested by the Suffolk County Water Authority. We Are pleased that the water was found to be of satisfactory bacteriological and chemical quality and that the test inducted that water with a lead concentration of below instrument detection limits ( for all practical purposes zero). The District is presently consulting with experts to determine if any further action is required.
